I need to contact you, what number/email address should I use?

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the destination, please see our Delivery page for full details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders outside of the UK at the moment.

For orders in the UK, we currently offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders of £40 or more. This is slightly higher than our previous threshold due to the recent rise in costs across the UK delivery network.

When will I receive my order?

Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?

Once you have received an order confirmation from us, your order will have been inputted into our back office system and can no longer be amended through the website.  If you do wish to amend your order please contact us, and as long as your order hasn't been sent to the warehouse for packing we can update your order for you. Please note: we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)207 346 0117 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with your order number and they will be happy to assist you.

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?

If your item is missing, faulty, damaged or not as expected please contact us first, either by email on contact@sassandbelle.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)207 346 0117 (Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm GMT), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).

I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?

We hope that you love every single item that you purchase from us. However, if you do need to return an item for whatever reason, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.  Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange once we have received your item.

I purchased one of your products from a stockist and it's faulty, can I return to you?

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased from sassandbelle.co.uk. If you bought the item from one of our stockists, we advise you get in touch with them directly.

Who are Sass & Belle?

Sass & Belle was born in the heart of London, UK and is named after the founder Richard's two daughters. The two little birds on our logo represent the girls and their playfully inquisitive nature. So, now you know!

Is Sass & Belle COVID-19 safe?

Yes. Protecting and promoting worker safety during this pandemic is our top priority. 

We have created a Safety Action Plan that includes a range of specific policies and procedures designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of staff and others affected by our work activity. Examples of these measures include: social distancing, more frequent cleaning, clear notices and effective maintenance. You can find our full COVID-19 risk assessment here.

Can you gift wrap my order?

If you want to gift wrap your order for someone special, just select the gift wrap option at checkout, write a message for the recipient and we’ll make sure that your gift arrives in one of our beautiful boxes!

If you’re gift wrapping several items, we might use more than one box (but we'll only charge you for one). Unfortunately, some items are too large to fit in our gift boxes.

If we’re not able to gift box any of your item(s) the gift box option will not be available at the checkout for those items.

To see if your item is eligible for gift wrap, look out for our "Gift Wrap Me" icon on each product page. Please note that we won't include invoice and price list inside the gift boxes.
